Because this little princess right here is 7 years old, and thinks that she is “too fat” to be pretty.

Because Television and Advertising is what has made her think this.

Because she had a “girlfriend” at school (like how little kids get married at recess) and she was spit on by her, supposed, friends for it.

Because she is bullied constantly for wearing cow “boy” boots to school, even though she looks adorable wearing them.

Because this is my little sister and I don’t want her to have to go through what I went through.

This shit is not fun. I have an extreme difficulty breathing when I get mine

I cry. When I have anxiety attakcs all of this happens and then I start to cry and I can’t stop and then I’m hyperventilating and it feels like I’m going to drown in my own tears. If you use this term to describe anxiety in terms of nervousness for something like ‘im having an anxiety attack because i have a test next period’ then fuck you. THis is not the same as being nervous and I know far too many people that think it is.

Your heart beat gets jacked up, you can’t breathe, you cry, you feel like you’re going to throw up. It’s crippling and is not something that you should use to describe mild feelings. Rant over))

I honestly think I can relate with people sometimes but then they’re like, um I don’t curl up in a ball and scratch myself and cry and shake and hyperventilate what’s wrong with you
